• Our jewelry is crafted by skilled artisans using a combination of traditional jewelry-making techniques, including lost-wax casting, hand-finishing, stone setting, and polishing. Due to the handcrafted nature of the process, they cannot be exactly replicated to represent the image shown on the website. There might be slight differences in size and dimensions of the final product depending on factors beyond our control.
  
  We will be more than happy to walk through all details of the product including the measurements and scale of all products before you place an order. Once purchased, do note that sales on www.gemsbond.in are final.

Customized & Made-to-Order Products

All customized, personalized, engraved, resized, made-to-order, or specially sourced products are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable unless received in a damaged or incorrect condition.

 

Certification & Authenticity

Where applicable, products are supplied with authenticity certificates issued by qualified gemologists or recognized laboratories. Refunds or returns will not be accepted solely due to differences of opinion regarding gemstone appearance, color, inclusions, or astrological suitability.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at gemsbond.info@gmail.com along with clear photographs and an unboxing video. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

 

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before production or dispatch has commenced. Once production, customization, certification, or dispatch has begun, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund shall be issued.

 

Shipping Charges

Any shipping, handling, certification, customs duties, taxes, or payment processing charges incurred are non-refundable unless the return is approved due to our error.
